The base, filling
tank, filling valves, centre column assembly,
cap hopper, suit, shaft / shaft housings, jar
holding rotary plates, pipes and fittings of the
machine are made of s.s.304. The table top of
the machine is made of M.S. and claded with s.s.304
sheet. The gears are made of Alloy steels with
duly painted / powder coated. All parts coming
in contact with the product / water are made of
S.S.304. The filling valves are as per international
standard and drip proof. All guides and stars
are made of Nylon / H.D.P.E. The machine is driven
by variable frequency main drive and gear box.
The electrical panel body is also made of S.S.304
material. |
The
Jars are carried by conveyor system from the jar washing machine,
to in feed star of the rotary filling section. The filling
section is constituted with filling tank with filling heads.
The jars are automatically placed under the filling heads
during rotation by the stars and guides and the filling heads
slides down and seal with the jars mouth. The filling cycle
starts and the jar is filled during the rotation. The filling
of the jar is stopped automatically, when it is filled up
to the air-went hole of the filling valve. After filling the
jars the valves moves up at the end of the cycle and the jar
is again held by the filler out-feed star and guide to transfer
it on to the out going conveyor. The jar is then again held
by the star of capping section, which takes the Jar under
the capping head. The caps are dumped in the cap hopper and
oriented straight by its rotary system and transferred to
the cap suit. The cap suit carries the cap to the center of
the jar. The pneumatic cylinder gets the signal for the presence
of the jar and presses down the cap on the mouth of the jar.
After capping operation, the jar is transferred to the out
feed conveyor, which takes the jars to the storage area
